Hosted by the Canowindra New Vogue and Social Dance Group, this extraordinary annual event will be held at the Canowindra Services Club.
Since its inception in 2019, the 12-Hour Dance Canowindra has become a cherished tradition, drawing dance enthusiasts from all over New South Wales and even from interstate.
This year's event promises to be as spectacular as ever, making it a must-attend for anyone interested in dance and community gatherings.
The event will feature a special dance demonstration by renowned dancers and choreographers, Andrea and John Barwick, adding a touch of glamour and expertise.
Music will be provided by talented musicians, with Phil Redenbach playing from 10 am to 4 pm and Barry Whitty taking over from 4 pm to 10 pm.
Doug Moorby will serve as the MC, ensuring a lively and well-coordinated day.
Throughout the event, attendees can look forward to a raffle and spot prizes, adding extra excitement.
While the event runs for 12 hours, participants are welcome to stay all day or come and go as they please.
This is not a dance marathon but a celebration of dance and community.
Participants are encouraged to bring snacks to share, although food will also be available from the club.
The cost is $15 for all attendees, including dancers and non-dancers, as refreshments will be provided.
There is no need to reserve a seat; attendees can simply show up and pay on the day.
